how you can help

We rely on the generosity of our supporters to help children with neuroblastoma get the treatment they need. There are many ways you can help the Neuroblastoma Children’s Cancer Alliance. By doing so, you will be extending a lifeline to the children that need our help.

Fundraising doesn’t have to be boring or arduous. You can do anything from organising a cake sale in your office to running a marathon, to recycling your old jewellery or jumping out of a plane. In this section are some of the many ways you can support the Neuroblastoma Alliance.

join the team

We work with a terrific team of office-based volunteers who assist us with day-to-day administration, enabling us to achieve more. Their contribution is invaluable!

At this time we are not actively recruiting for a volunteer, but please check back soon, as we regularly advertise for volunteering positions. Our volunteers help us with day to day administration of the charity, filing, data cleansing, correspondence with donors and other office based tasks.

Please get in touch if you would like to be informed the nest time we have an opening.

What we ask of our volunteers

We ask that people are available to volunteer for at least a minimum of 1 to 3 days a week for at least 3 months.

We welcome longer commitments.

What we offer you in return

All our volunteers are supported by, and report to, a named staff member who ensures their work is properly managed. So if you are seeking to:

  • Learn new skills or build on your existing skills
  • Gain practical experience of working in an office environment
  • Work as part of a happy and well-motivated team
  • Knowledge that your contribution will directly benefit children with neuroblastoma
  • Develop team skills, take part in important activities and meet new challenges.

Then why not download our Volunteer Application Pack, complete and send it in? Alternatively give us a call and request a pack by post.

If you have any questions about volunteering at the Neuroblastoma Alliance UK, then please get in touch! Call Onyeka on 020 8203 0100 during office hours for a chat.
